Theresa (his/hers) was born, raised, and homeschooled in the forest by a graphic designer and a nurse, along with four older brothers and an even longer line of inbred barn cats.
On top of lifelong musicianship with family and as a solo artist, Theresa is an actor, writer, child-caregiver, photographer, N95-masked and disabled activist, filmmaker, sound designer, choreographer, drag artist, educator, and musical director.
Based in Eastern Ontario, Theresa is often recognized as both a sore thumb and a blade of grass, standing in and blending out in the same short breath. Even with a decade of artistic experience, Theresa just wants to be in the room, on or off camera. The encyclopedic variety of Theresa's art is 'generated' by the full spectrum of imperfect and parasocial pathos, magic transsexual rage, and the explicitly political nature of Lesbianism.
